Guest list
One guest list, not five versions of the same one
The guest list is the first thing made and the last thing finished. It is also the thing that most often exists in three editions: yours, the best man's, and the one in the inbox.

Start from the spreadsheet you already have
Import from Excel or CSV. You choose which column is the name, the email and the allergy, see the result before anything is written, and can undo the whole import if the columns were wrong.
Replies, allergies and considerations sit on the guest
Yes, no and maybe live on the row, along with allergies, a plus one, children and which side the guest belongs to. Everything that changes lands in the log with a name against it, which is the only way to avoid the argument about who crossed off Uncle Per.
Groups, because people arrive in groups
Families, colleagues and circles of friends are a single unit: they move to a table together, they are counted together, and a group split between the bride's side and the groom's is shown as exactly that.

The list filters as the name is typed. No search button, and no page reloading.
Questions and answers
Can guests reply themselves?
Yes. The guest site has a reply form, and the answer lands straight in the list. No form responses to copy out by hand afterwards, and no thread in the inbox to search.
Can the best man help?
Invite your partner, the best man or a wedding planner as a co-planner. Anyone with access can edit; only owners can invite further and remove people.
What happens to the allergies on the day itself?
They follow the guest into the seating chart and out onto the sheets you print, so the kitchen gets a list per table instead of an email from March.
Move the guest list here
Upload the spreadsheet, check the columns, and see the list in one place. If the import was wrong it is one click from being gone.
